Pay-it-Foward Model
As big as our hearts are, we understand that in order to provide ongoing support to others, you need to generate income. That's why we chose to continue working in the United Arab Emirates while serving underdeveloped nations like Rwanda. Our ability to make money here gives us the ability to provide there.
The U.A.E is a generous nation, but they also have their educational development needs. Providing a 'pay-it-forward' system means it's a win-win system for both nations. 30% of the profits from each coaching package will go towards supporting another school with their technology implementation project. As teachers who complete a coaching program become technology integration experts themselves, they will then have the opportunity to become certified coaches and provide their services to other teachers and institutions in their country. Each coach will price their sessions according to the local economy, but the same 30% will be put towards providing the support needed for other teachers. All other profits will go into the hands of the teachers themselves. |

Why Invest in this Venture?
The use of technology, specifically Smartphones, is projected to only continue growing in eastern Africa and the Middle East. Dubai is being touted as the tech start up hub for the middle east with start ups receiving strong support from government and semi-government institutions including the educational sector (Dutt D'Cunha, 2016).
There are currently few tech startups being funded in eastern Africa. That could be due to the fact that there is not many investors interested or it could be the lack of technological knowledge and awareness in the region. Providing technology enhanced education to the youth of Africa will inspire innovation and creativity in technology and those students will need investors to help them make their ideas a reality.
Investing in education just makes sense. In schools that effectively integrate technology is where we believe you will find the future technology innovators in Africa and the Middle East and where you will want to invest in your next big venture.
